Pulses dip on slack demand

Pulses and pulse seeds continued to trade lower on slack physical demand. Tur (Maharashtra) went for 4,050 a quintal, while tur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at 3,550-3,700. Tur dal (sawa no.) was 5,200-5,300, tur dal (full) at 5,600-5,700, while tur marka quoted at 6,000-6,100 a quintal. Urad (bold) fetched 3,400-3,600, while urad (medium) ruled at 2,100-2,900. Decline in urad also dragged its dal with Urad dal (medium) today being quoted at Rs. 5,400-5,500, urad dal (bold) at Rs. 5,500-5,700, while urad mongar was quoted at Rs. 5,300-5,400 a quintal respectively. Moong (bold) went for 4,500-4,700 a quintal, while moong (medium) ruled at 4,000-4,200.
